The battle scenes in the prequels are the biggest waste of the entire films. They had a great opportunity to do something really creative with massively advanced warfare, and showcase the destructive power and tactical skill of the universe.
We got fucking Napoleonic line battles between hordes of droids and clones, and starfighter strafing runs.
