Eligos was bretty good. The rest? Not really, especially when it came to killing deadites. Furthermore, NO AoD references since they didn't have the rights and everyone tried to be a badass quipper. Ash doesn't do enough of physical comedy and is much bigger asshole than he ever was in the movies.

ED2 is the best though, AoD was too silly. It was also plotholey that he time jumped from USA to Europian medieval area. Or was it time and space jump?

Anyway AvED is GOAT, and these demon bastards are pretty good demons too.

The physical comedy was my least favourite part of AoD so I guess that's why I like the series so much. As for Ash, he's in his fifties and has been alone all his life after everyone he loved died so I guess him turning into an asshole is kinda justified. But I admit I don't remember much of the quips and the rest of the special effects, I'm gonna rewatch it before season 2 officially airs
