Batman is almost inhumanly strong in the DCEU, take regular old Batman on a 20 year tenure (peak human) and then add like 2 years of him being obsessive and paranoid over his inferiority to the metahuman threat. He's supposed to have psychotically trained himself to the point of being a halfway between normal Batman and MCU Captain America.

Keep in mind, a modern soldier wears up to 135 lbs of gear. That suit is probably nothing to a freak of nature like him. He also has the best technology at his disposal, it's not just solid slabs of metal. It was probably layers of alloy, magnetorheological fluid, titanium tri-weave, etc. If you look at high resolution images you can also see huge gaps at points of articulation with his regular Batsuit visible underneath, to make it more flexible and light.

This isn't a problem, the action is perfectly easy to follow. Civil War is one example of this rapid cut action style working very well; watch the fight in Bucky's apartment block if you don't believe me. Not every film has to be Children of Men.

Honestly the warehouse beatdown scene makes him seem even more inhuman than MCU Cap. He punches does so hard they EMBED into the fucking wooden floor. He at one point he yanks a big ass crate with the grappling hook OVER his head and slams it into a dude. Plus the distances they flying when he kicks them is not human.
