Rope, but it's the only one I've seen.

W-well I have to say, personally I have to say that my favorite Jimmy Stewart movie... would have to be... Well, it would just have to be Vertigo! Yeah, that that's my favorite movie of his!

Vertigo
The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance

Rear Window

Anatomy of a Murder is my favorite, but I have a soft spot for courtroom dramas

Rope sucks. It's one of Hitchcock's worst, tbqh.

The one with the big ass rabbit is pretty good.

Harvey. Yeah, that was a good one.

My personal favorite is Mr. Smith Goes to Washington.

North By Northwest is a 9.5/10 film.

Would it be a 10/10 with Jimmy Stewart?

Jimmy Stewart would noticeably improve every movie. Especially Ghostbusters, because he would be an actual ghost and bust some butts, if you know what I'm sayin.

Vertigo

I liked "It's a Wonderful Life".

well done

Sad to see it take so long to be posted

this

It's arguably the greatest film ever made, completely flawless in every conceivable way

The Room directed by Tommy Wisseau

Criminally underrated post.

Mr. Smith Goes to Washington

>Sad to see it take so long to be posted

Well he has many amazing movies and performances.

and btw there was only 11 posts before it was mentioned.

You might want to get a grip.

>this was considered a 10/10 symbol of masculinity in the 50s/60s
How pathetic.

>this was considered a 10/10 symbol of masculinity in the 50s/60s

You obviously don't know anything about him user.

He wasn't John Wayne.
He was the every-man.

Your autistic reply indicates that you need to get a grip

Wouldn't say best, but Flight of the Phoneix is good, even though Stewart is somewhat average.

One of the few adventure or disaster movies that could have a stage adaption.

Even 5 posts without mentioning It's a Wonderful Life is too many. It makes his other movies look like shit

wut

Do you think Jack Lemmon was considered a symbol of masculinity too?

He has so many brilliant movies.. I love Vertigo and Rear Window even more, but if it was a desert island situation, I'd probably go with Destry Rides Again or The Philadelphia Story. They never get old.
