I'm pretty excited, even though White Christmas was so fucking edgy and dumb.

Hope the new episodes will be better. Not to mention one stars Bryce. Can't wait.

White Christmas was great

why didn't you like it?

:s

Characters and their world was just too edgy, too extreme

>creating sentienent AI and torturing it into submission
>having said AIs confess crimes and then punishing both the AI and the human it was based on
>Blocking someone. My God, can you imagine arguing with someone and not being able to make up the next day? Instead being stuck in some bizzare communication limbo, unable to do anything unless they decide on their own to unblock you. This seemed downright inhuman,
>The permament block Hamm got. Fucking hell, how is he going to function? Not to mention the entire world sees this red figure and know he must have done something bad, so they will feel free to torment or beat him or steal from him or do whatever, as if he weren't human. Fate worse than death.
>not to mention the police went back on their world in the first place, since he was supposed to be freed of charges.
>the story of how this guy was loving his ex-girlfriend all this time, all those years and she just cheated on him like that.

The show is supposed to be sarcastically extreme

Most episodes, if not all, are pretty much parts of our daily lives taken to an extreme level, with futuristic technology to go with it

This is so obvious I don't know how anyone can miss it.

>creating sentienent AI and torturing it into submission
This one I can understand though

That episode with the dude whose child is not his was brilliant, true kino.

Just because you don't like something it doesn't make it dumb.
I agree with most of what you said and i think it was great cyberpunk fiction.

Plus John Hamm was pretty great

I particularly liked his storyline, especially when he helped that guy try to get women and the guy ends up getting murdered

The show become actual garbage after it peaked at The Entire History of You. The rest of it was mediocre to complete trash. So no, not excited.

I agree, I just felt like it was taken too far with this one.

The one with Cameron was done very well in my opinion and showed rather realistic approach to a problem very hard to imagine, it was great.

The one with talent show was very extreme, true, but it was also placed in bizzare, dystopian world. unlike White Christmas which was just our world with bit of future tech

The one with murderess getting brain-washed was amazing for me, since it's me headcanon it takes place in the same universe as Cameron's one and the fact 1,7 billion people saw prime minister fuck a pig has desensitized peopl to violance, so a show like that is entertaining for them, not disgusting.

The one with eye-recording was most similar to White Christmas, I think, but done properly. Characters felt human and technology they had wasn't directly used to torture anyone, like it was used in WCh

Android one left barely any impression on me, so I will refrain from talking about it

And Waldo was cool idea made super fucking dumb by the end.

Anyway, my main point is in all those bizzare scenarios I felt like people were... people. Normal people put in tough or foreign situations. I hadly felt like I was watching regular people in White Christmass, more so some android devoided of any empathy.

>"Nosedive"
>In a dystopian future world, where vast majority of women has gone extinct, Great Mother Hekatha (Bryce Dallas Howard) is a leader of a cult made up entirely of men, tirelessly competing for ability to serve her directly, while the less fortune ones slave away to ensure their society going on. However, some of the men are beginning to question the validity of Great Mother's rule...

What the fuck, who greenlighted this?

I rewatch the talent show one just because of how much it creeps me out. The way they force you to stare at the ads until they're finished, and that everything costs money, is terrifying to me. Also, I hated the way the cute girl was tricked into porn, made me very angry and I genuinely felt sorry for the protagonist. Although I was glad she didn't get BLACKED by him tbqh.

She got blacked by that black judge guy in the porno that the main character was forced to watch

White Bear and White Christmas were good

the waldo thing was shit

>Bryce
You sound like a cuck of the highest magnitude

Well amerijews put their reptilian fingers on it do if thers gonna be racial issues, cool jews, good muslims, gender issues, muh fags et cetera et cetera it's gonna be pile of shit.

I don't know, but they need a fucking raise.

>the cute girl was tricked into porn

Also happened in real life

"Kelly MacDonald plays a police detective, who along with her geeky young sidekick, investigate “a string of grisly murders with a sinister link to social media.”

Whyd they have to put a woman in the lead role

MUY CHEELDREN is based

Will BDH's performance be able to top Hayley Atwell in Be Right Back?

Thanks for this

Im gonna go rewatch that episode now
