Why no one talks about this show? It's pretty brilliant so far

Why no one talks about this show? It's pretty brilliant so far.
Is it because it's on SyFy?
Also, is it me or the indian lady is a terrible actress?

The cucks only care about endless action and if there isn't an explosion every 5 minutes they tune out. I'm not so sure if it's cause shes a terrible actress or just how annoying and smarmy her character is in the show. I also fucking hate her voice.

There were multiple threads about it when it was airing.

Because season one has been over for a while, there was plenty of talk when it was airing.

Also indian bitch is one of the best on the show. Its Holden whose terrible, both the actor and character, and is largely responsible for such shit rating it got.

did this show get canceled or what?

somebody claimed spoony is in this show,( just a picture of him on a dating site or some shit)

>old lady power player that gets whatever she wants through the power of sterness
>best on the show

have some julie while you wait user

has season2 started? i couldnt wait so i checked whats next with the audio books. it was ok but slow going . i dont remember if i finished the series.

Not for like 4 more months user, they made it a really long wait between seasons.

Yes. What does that say for the quality of characters on the show. Also one of the best =/= best. That would be miller.

It was a great day when I found out about the hot big titted gf from the pilot's nude scenes

I actually watched this show in a day after seeing a thread about it on here, some of the best science fiction I've seen in a long time. The characters are all fairly great (though there are a few inconsistencies in the last few episodes, like Miller shooting a lot of people [I think it's contradictory, haven't read the books]) and the setting is amazing - the Belter subculture is really well written and their argot is heartwarming. I've never felt such a desire to speak a fictional language.

I wish the second season will be a lot more political, intrigue focused and complex.

that is completely in miller's nature, it is one of the main reason's he gets lost in the first place is he loses his moral moorings. The only reason he finds himself again is because of his pursuit of julie.

He finds himself again because of that and will do anything to keep it.

>I wish the second season will be a lot more political, intrigue focused and complex.

That's what I hope too

I dropped it when the main characters were brought aboard the Martian warship and there was a giant, cavernous empty space in the middle of the ship spanned by a single catwalk for no reason, and the "bridge" was two dudes in front of tv's, with a captain standing infront of a lectern.

gee mods, thanks for deleting my weebums that I posted that were clips from this show

Well

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he go on a "the first time I killed" spiel when he's saved from the airlock, ending it with a half-muttered phrase about "the only guy he ever shot"? I took it to mean he didn't kill again, instead resorting to violent, unlawful but ultimately non lethal tactics, as we see in the rest of the season. Granted, finding Julie dead IS reason enough for him to snap, I just thought it was weird not to address this killing spree

Haven't watched all of the first season but read all the books. If season 1 = book 1 then season 2 will be very political

Never forgetti!

i read some spoilers on here a few days ago, if they follow what happens in the books then it gets...pretty crazy. think like mass effect mixed with game of thrones mixed with battlestar galactica

What it the webm of that lanky belter whore? Its blacked hour so they probably just thought its more nigger porn.

in the books and the show they point out that he was police department joke, a traitor to his people and he envisioned himself as the great detective and along the way..he stopped being the kind of great cop you could believe in and basically just someone fed shit work and shit jobs, (kidnapping as an example) and cases that they didn't want to get solved. He makes this realization earlier on in the book. He rediscovers himself in the hunt for julie, which is why people are so surpised he wouldn't let it go, and assumed he would many times. He was that politically savvy guy that kept his head down for years and then decided to be the idealist at the end. It is an unusual path to say the least and they realize too late that he is the kind of guy that will do anything to get what he wants. He doesn't blink, even mass murderer is going to blink before miller, you'll see soon why everyone loves him. Miller's story gets a lot better. He is the reason I love the first three books.

Shit rating? It got above 7.5/10 on almost all reviews

R.I.P in peace MCRN Donnager

>Is it because it's on SyFy?
That's exactly what it is for me, i don't know why but i just can't bring myself to watch any of their original series

everyone's waiting for the second season user

There were a lot of threads during the first Season, there's no reason to now.
