If it were just this show I'd say you're crazy but netflix has really dropped the ball this past year. Most of what they have is garbage, their overbloated, overbudgeted shitty originals like marco polo are garbage. I mean narcos wasn't bad but season 2 was definitely a decline from season 1. They give adam sandler hundreds of millions for a multi-movie deal with him for reasons unknown, they could have easily just let him make it for theaters and pay 1/50 of the cost to stream it two weeks later.

Now they're going to start funding and giving youtube celebs their own shows? I see another overbudgeted train wreck.

Amazon prime would be dominating netflix now if they didn't insist on making the most pretentious shows ever, transparent and mozart in the jungle which no one outside of hollywood actually watches.

All another win for HBO which has started leasing movies to show on HBO as well, if they start leasing all the standard netflix staples like FX shows etc. on top of that it's over for netflix.

The only really good thing amazon prime has is the old HBO shows it still has rights to show. In terms of their originals, transparent and mozart in the jungle are unwatchably pretentious, hollywood focused shows and they don't have a great deal of movies beyond the 4 you mentioned worth watching on there anymore.

Crackle is on the come up though, considering their tiny, tiny budget they have some pretty good stuff. Like early streaming netflix when they just had to find really good indie/foreign/ cult classic type movies to keep themselves going.
