Ive seen like 5 episod3s of this show and the main character was shot in all 5 episodes. How many times does this fucker get shot, and why is he always back to full health in the next episode? Does each episode take place like 5 months later when he has completed physical therapy n shit?
Also is it intentionally over the top with its line deliveries? It seemed like the best unintentional comedy on television when I was watching it.

It starts out pretty heavily procedural, so there's no telling how much time passes between episodes, could be a week, could be months, who the fuck knows.

And if you're talking about Jim Caviezel's character, dryly delivering action movie one liners is just his thing. I don't know why, but I like it.
