The problem with the state of comedy isn't because there are no conservatives, it is because comedians in general are trending toward political ideology. South Park is (well, was) funny when it takes jabs at either side. But when you conform your act to a strict ideology, you inevitably inevitably end up pigeonholing yourself with a bunch of arbitrary rules. A liberal comedian can on discuss x and y, while a conservative comedian can only discuss a and b, and both have to be painting something in a certain light and worry about offending their audiences retarded sensibilities instead of focusing on being funny.
