I actually did this one a bit earlier, before the last thread image capped. Basically what you see for bumps now is as far as it goes, but in a more skin tone color. Actual nipple shape and color wasn't within my ability

It depends one the type of picture/fabric/color. But generally Color balance, sometimes hue saturation, exposure, levels, channel mixer

Not o.p but if you have lightroom or Photoshop (lightroom is probably easier for you slower kids) use the radial filter. This will edit either everything inside or outside of the filter. The radial filter is a circle.if it's editing everyone outside the filter scroll down and hit flip mask. Now you're ready to start. I usually adjust the blacks and shadows all the way down. (Pro tip hold alt so you can see when "blacks or "shadows" start to develop. I usually go till there's a few light splatters)
Then do the same for highlights and shadows but go up. When holding alt I usually go untill there's a few little pixels maybe 20 or so that are white. Then turn your contrast up slowly. Depending of the colour of the clothing you may need to mess around with the HSL (hue saturation, luninence) tab for individual colour adjustments but that really does need some practise.
