Luge and skeleton don't really have any, the only reason there were two in the skeleton here is because they give a token qualifying spot to Africa.
As for Bobsleigh, the skill set required to be half decent on the back of a sled is literally limited to being able to run fast whilst pushing something, I'll let you fill in the blanks there
