Cred Forums - Random /br?/- Cred Forums, but for porn and cumbrains
The way I see it, people come to Cred Forums for porn habitually because there’s so many people here that you’re bound to be able to utilize their resources and find things you need. This is unfortunate for those of us who have been here for a long time, and remember how truly great this board once was.
I remember the bomb threats. I remember the shootings. I remember the pedobears, t3h reis, the pools we closed and the stingrays within them. But now, the stingrays are out of the pool. And they’re closing us.
Most of all, I remember the cherished lulz. And how simple it all was.
I know we can never go back. I learned first hand from my father how unhealthy it can be to live in the past. Ignore the future. But my friends, I’m saddened to see where our future is heading. And the future I see for Cred Forums has the potential to be a little bit brighter if we just all work together.
Stop posting porn. Stop responding to porn. Start laughing again!

Humor isn’t all it’s about. Cred Forums USED to be everything. Comedy, tragedy, drama, horror, science fiction, anything you can imagine. It used to be everything from mundane thoughts to real and often times fabricated but compelling human experiences.

The constant porn threads are being posted by the elites. In the early 2000s we had power. The bomb threats, the swatting, the twitch chat raids, the He will not divide us, and the war on Tumblr just to name a few. They were scared of our growing power and knew if they turned us into cum brains we would be too busy fapping to try to mess up any of their shit.
I do agree with you OP about splitting Cred Forums up into Cred Forums and /br/ except /br/ should be the porn one cause it sounds closer to boner.

Also, your proposal is the same kind of ass backwards as the yellow pissposters. They told people they were bad, lectured them, and said they should leave. In other words, they deliberately tried to piss people off, and then asked those same people for a favor (voluntarily leaving). Has that ever worked, in the entire history of the world?
You're doing the same thing. At the very least, if you want a new reborn Cred Forums, you need to start a brand new board, instead of expecting everyone already here to leave. But most of all, you need content, not whiny nostalgia.
