You still had to take some sort of educational course in order to learn how them tcp and udp packets move around. I learned using youtube tutorials and googling. the information is out there. the rest I learned in the fly, learning how to troubleshoot. i don't have any certifications. not a single solitary one. i'm just smart and really good at life and i'm not a lazy fuck. i have really big balls. i walked in and asked for the job, like every day. i hung out and when they had issues, I fixed them without asking for permission. while their it department scrambled around I noticed some stuff and simply fixed them, they eventually hired me on temporarily. this was in 2004. i'm still technically temporary but it's not exactly difficult.
i also had books just given to me by my school and my librarian turned me onto redhat 5&6 by giving me a copy when U asked to borrow windows 3.1 to fix my home pc etc. when you love something you tend to learn about it. i just happened to sperg over computers.

I mean, I get it, I started a website when I was 14, I'm 32 now and have exited 3 successful startups that all hit series C or higher, without any college. But that doesn't mean everyone in the country is smart, successful, or lucky enough to do it. Think if you did get a degree though, you wouldn't be a temp, you might be a director now making big bucks. Soon enough you'll be working for an import because they're piece of paper is better than you not having one. i didn't win anything other than securing myself a future. i don't care about the law side. i, do know nexus inside and out, bill4timrs, clio, etc. whenever they needed a new program, I familiarized myself with said programs. i made it my life's mission to know out inside and out. that's what you do in life if you want to be somebody.
college is one path to do that but it's an expensive one. what I did was bypass all the bullshit and cut to the chase. they respected that. saves time, money, and they get to pay me a little less because I don't have fancy certs. win-win. i've made a few mistakes but nothing I couldn't figure out.

What is really the mystery is how many Democrats stopped watching the news channels. And Fox magically gained the same amount of viewers? Where did these viewers come from?
