same as always, pretty tired, i always plan on sleeping extra to compensate but i never manage to sleep early, so it just accumulates till the weekend, other than that i'm alright, i guess

i take them when i got to, sadly they don't really help much, i'm tired whether i'm with or without them, just to a lesser amount, its a health problem
