Well, let's say the worst-case scenario happens and it gets investigated. You would have to turn over all your personal electronics and you get humiliated, but as long as you're clean, eventually, when they find nothing, charges will be dropped and then you can counter sue for her filing the false claim and tack on defamation and causing mental pain on you. Now she's the one in the shit, cause you would have a legit lawsuit with legit evidence.

Let's say the worst-case scenario of the worst-case scenarios happen, and she IS underage. So now you have CP on your phone cause you downloaded her video. You get into trouble for being in possession of CP. However, SHE is also in trouble, cause she produced the material. So you are both fucked.

In either scenario, she's fucked either way. The only difference is, you're more fucked in one of the scenarios.

But realistically, what will likely happen is that if Snapchat buys her version, the most they can do is suspend or ban your account.
