But Corona is potentially far worse. A 2-3 week period when you're contagious before symptoms. Less natural immunity so it spreads further. Stays on surfaces and in the air far longer. No vaccine or anti-viral.

It looks like it spreads about as fast and as badly as a the flu. But a big thing to consider here is that who the virus kills is HEAVILY weighted toward the elderly.

The deathrate of victims from age 10 to 39 is only 0.2%(not 2%, 0.2%). Nobody under 9 has died. The overall deaths has been like 2 or 3%, but that's because the deathrate jumps to like 14% at 80+.

So yeah, there is a CHANCE you'll get it, but not really a chance you'll die from it unless you're elderly.
