How do you feel when an adaptation surpasses the quality of the source material?

how do you feel when an adaptation surpasses the quality of the source material?

The only times I can think of that ever happening was the Crow and Blade.

mad because reeeee normies get a stick up their ass and get a big ole superiority complex

Has that ever happened?

Yes, Big Hero 6. Much better than the comics.

TMNT

>has existed for 40 years in comics
>takes one movie to give him GOAT costume

Captain America: Civil War
Age of Ultron

BTAS

Teen Titans

But neither of those were actual adaptations of those stories just in name only.
Especially Age of Ultron which is a really bad iteration of Ultron's character.

Where can i find more of this woman?

>But neither of those were actual adaptations of those stories just in name only.

That's true for Age of Ultron but CA: Civil War has elements from the original Civil War so it's more loose adaptation. But both films are better than the comics by a vast margin even if that's not saying much.

Well, except for the Ultron character part.

Isn't this movie pretty much better than the entire history of Guardians of the Galaxy comics?

Worst incarnation of Gamora and Star-lord ever.

Nope. The third act is just too shitty to bequeath it that honor.

I can't stand Batista. So no.

get wrecked guardians fayg

That vein is disgusting

I WAHLK FUH MYLES INSYDE THIS PIT OF DANJAHHHHH!

Old Pym and Lang were superior versions of their comic counterparts

Every Millar comic adaptation ever.

Obviously you haven't seen the shit sandwich that was Wanted.
