I'd give a different set of Filipinos a better budget and an adult swim slot. They're the strongest race in the world.

In terms of writing and character design, someone here probably could (or maybe draft someone from /tg/ to help). Animating and voicing it is a whole 'nother story, especially for the length of a series (though having some sperglords recording on Vocaroo might at least be intelligible).
