as for Sentai, well Zyuranger, Dairanger, Kakuranger, and very soon Ohranger all have official American releases so they're decent choices, as are most series from GoGoV onward if you can find decent subs for them(except Nininger which is hot garbage)
as for Ultraman, several have been released by Shout Factory(and are available for streaming on their site), and quite a few are available on Crunchyroll

well the original is still in the process of being subbed, so it'll eventually be finished, also if you're willing to pony up a lot of money, Kamen Rider V3 got a very limited English release through a Hawaiian company(as that show along with Kikaider and Inazuman got shown over there in the 70's so it's got a cult following)

yeah it's amazing that despite being a pettier and in many respects more comical character, Witch Bandora is one of the most frightening main villains that Sentai has ever had, probably helps that while a lot of her plans are silly and convoluted, they're also often brutal and effective, not to mention they're always treated dead seriously in the show

now we meet one of my favorite monsters in Zyuranger; Dora Frankie/Zombie Frankie, a monster that managed to last for multiple episodes, as he managed to prove to be one of the deadliest monsters Bandora had created, easily being able to take on both Daizyujin(aka the Dino Megazord) and Dragon Ceaser(Dragon Zord), part of which came from his initial form being primarily a guy in clothes and not the traditional monster costume so he had a lot more dexterity than the norm, eventually after Bandora summons Dai Satan, Zombie Frankie gets imbued with demonic energy and becomes...

it's origin in Zyuranger is hilarious too, the result of Toptat and Bukbak messing around with the monster making machine, through them taking a rejected Dora Monster design and then mixing in a bunch of random junk into him(which included besides the stoplight and cannon, a baseball bat and glove)
