The Flag-Smasher Deadpool killed was actually the second one. The first one, Karl Morgenthau, was also dead. Knowing Spencer's Gruenwald-boner, this is probably the original brought back to life.

This is another example of "so close to being visually appealing". The people are fine, if a bit simplistic and a bit cartoonish for hellcat, but the coloring is just really bad.
