There aren't a lot of hispanic superheroes in general. Off the top of my head, I can only think of Miles Morales and Ghost Rider. Bane, El Diablo, and Tarantula if you count villains

Mexicans used to do a ton of comics. Then the price of paper went through the roof and many small publishers had to close. If anything, we're just getting started again with things like los perros salvajes, that half-assed zombie comic aping Resident Evil and a few other projects.
