To be fair I think she has more experience fighting powered beings and metas than most of the people there.
Oliver and Sara have mostly fought top end assassins
Atom and Firestorm have faced maybe a fraction of the metas she has.
Flash has fought more metas, but Supergirl actually learned hand to hand combat and Flash still needs his team tell him exactly what to do.
