It's not up to your priest, but it is up to your bishop. Your priest follows bishop policy, and your bishop accepts all Trinitarian baptism (as all bishops can, but none can accept non Trinitarian baptisms). But these baptisms only become valid through economy, when the person is received into the Church. Only the Church can initiated people into the Church, which is what baptism is all about. Otherwise it would be like people in pre-Christian times, circumcising themselves and saying they are therefore in the covenant, without going through Israel. If they came to Israel afterward, their circumcision could be seen as a valid initiation, or Israel could ask them to repeat it (which, traditionally, just means making a small mark to cause bleeding, where the person was already circumcised, but not into the covenant).
