Although I have not seen many videos of people trying to capture something with a phone, so I cannot be sure if that's real or not. Please without concrete evidence, don't spread misinformation and rumors. I'm not sure I'd trust speculation about how "glitching works" because the whole idea is that the video isn't "working" in the predicted way.

Look, the stripes are jagged while she's in the frame and they're straight when she's not. The way I see it, there are two explanations for that:

a) The jagged edges in the stripes are aliasing and some anti-aliases process is glitching out when it tries to correct that.

b) The media is making the stripes slightly crooked when they place Hillary on the screen, probably to make the background seem more natural subconsciously and something is causing the green screen process to glitch, possibly the aliasing produced by tilting the background.

Since we'll never know for sure, pick the one that seems most likely.
