We're working on it. Unlike Google, we don't have 20+ years of user feedback to work off of, nor has been our the main single focus. It's why we incentive people to use it with the rewards. We need to teach our search engine, who's relative young compared to google.

No I literally work at Microsoft in Redmond. Making a search engine work well is not a simple task. The more you use it, the more the search engine relates queries to what you are looking for. The reason Google is so good is because it gets billions of queries training it on what to look for, and it has been trained for so long.
