Rig proof voting would be recording a video of each person writing their paper ballot and including their voter ID number on their ballot too. Then compile an open source read only database of all voters by vote location with their vote video linked beside their vote

Anyone who's concerned with the potential of vote rigging just needs to watch a few minutes of voters and confirming they match the records and confirm the records total the same as what it says.
