Got a two day routine I made myself, which is easy as fuck to follow. I'm NEET so I can literally spend all day gyming and listening to live streams and philosophy videos. My goal is to mould myself into some sort of Nietzschean/Camus style super hero. I don't even take break days since it's just what I do for fun, lifting is surprisingly euphoric when you get into it.

I all code a bit but that's depressing considering I'm NEET and I feel I should be paid to code. I do have an engineering degree you know..

Honestly, no fap is a waste of time. Consider if you had a girlfriend, you'd be getting laid once every three days and your body would feel that's normal. Fapping daily might not make you a shining example of chastity, but not fapping at all has effects like anxiety in the best cases and low testosterone in the worst.

Treat it like eating. You have to eat, but over eating will make you fat and then you won't have shredded obliques like I do :^)

You've got to push hard exercising to get the most anti depressant effects, on that note, are you on drugs? During HS I got most of my depressive episodes early in the morning at school, which a caffeine addiction fixed up.

I recommend caffeine first and weed if that's still not enough. Avoid SSRIs.

no deadlift? no squat? no bench press? At least you have over head press. Your routine is such garbage you might as well just go and do pilates with the women.

This routine is weird and random. Do compound lifts like bench press and deadlines and you'll get more bang for your buck. Curls are redundant because your arms get trained every time you pick up the bar.

I don't speak German (though, always wanted to learn), but more importantly, there are no Nat-Soc or even right-leaning organizations in my town. There's no nation-wide ones here like NA either, to my knowledge.

I'll try and pick up light exercise again, at the very least I suppose it'll increase my general fitness and that's no bad thing. I don't like pets, though, and all my friends live hours away.

The only way I know to prevent sleep is intermittent meditation (which is similar to sleep) and caffeine. Some people can get benefits usually associated with just sleep by meditating, but I'm pretty sure it's a deeper meditation noobs wouldn't be able to do.

Literally those exercises except where I do 6-8 reps you'd prefer 10-12 reps, this will burn a lot more fat but might not strength build as well. Also, you may want to do less per day and separate the shoulder/chest+tris/legs/back+bis exercises. Unfortunately getting fit requires a bit of research, which is how I found my incline exercise.

Definitely try the caffeine, it's a proven anti depressant. It's most effective as soon as you're awake since it works by inhibiting tiredness.

have you ever tried reverse pyramid? Like 90% x4 of your max, 6 x 70-80% of max and 8x 60% of your max. You can see gains pretty fast if you eat correctly. I mean gains as in 2.5-5 lbs a week progression on almost all of your lifts. That will slowly build muscle. However you will see gains and notice your physical progression after about 12 weeks. but 12 weeks x 5lbs a week is 60 lbs. So that is alot when you are considering the long run.

I'll throw out some advice on getting fit since everyone else is being so generous.

If you're out of shape:

Bodyweight exercises are a great place to start. Pushups would be my jumping off point. Start in a normal pushups position, bring your chest down to the floor and put your hands on the back of your head, then push back up. Repeat until exhaustion and walk a lap. Repeat again. After a week start incorporating traditional pushups into your routine until you feel strong enough to switch over completely.

Buy some dumbbells and kettle bells and start working different muscle groups (maintain your pushups regiment).

Just a starting point for new guys.

Is there a reliable way to change my crippling slacker tendencies? I flawlessly finished highschool without ever studying, and now it finally catched up to me in college, where the contents are still easy but in much greater quantity, but I can't for the life of me study with diligence and always end up studying a couple hours before the day of an exam.
