This definition is of limited practical use. Sure, it works for 99% of cases, but that doesn't make it objective truth. I'd say it makes more sense to say you're a woman if you have a female reproductive system.

False, the overall suicide ATTEMPT rate (including both pre- and post-transition) for trannies is around 40%. And generally it's actually lower after transition.
