If the person brings in a staphylococcus aureus that is resistant, that is a problem but that doesn't mean that people will immediately get sick. If there is one resistant one and 10.000 normal ones on your skin, who cares - untill you get ill. Because then bacterias will be selected, so all the ones that are using you as a vessel to multiply will get killed off except the resistant ones.
