someone "gives" a donation or contribution or money to one of Brocks 4-5 operations, he then passes that money (as is standard practice) through the "Bonner Group", they then take out a 12.5% deduction. That money then gets moved to another one of his organizations that then send that money back to the "Bonner Group" so another 12.5% is taken out, the remainder is then given to another group and so on and so forth until he charges the initial amount multiple times.
