I'd like to add something. I am of mediterranean ancestry and among women I have met, my strongest feelings have come for women of similar ancestry. just a small tidbit anecdote, but racial origins are much deeper than just minor or even major attractions.

I don't buy that I owe people anything just because they share a certain set of genes with me. I believe in individual liberty and justice - that people are judged by their own merits and talents. I also recognize that white people as a group tend to be smarter, more industrious, and more moral than others - that means I would choose their company over others more often, but I still don't think I owe them anything.

American culture celebrates individuals, not whiteness. It's about liberty from government oppression and tyranny, not from other races or anything else.

The sort of sociopaths who do well in that game don't give a fuck about liberty. And they work in tribal groups. It's the most efficient way to organise. Shitskins would not overwhelm you if the country rallied around individual justice and liberty. Blacks, which are disproportionally criminal, would remain marginalized so long as they remained criminal. Asians might excel, since they tend to have strong family units that value education and respect for the law. Groups do form and tend to act certain ways, but as long as the individuals within those groups are held to the same standards as everyone else, regardless of the groups they belong to, I don't see this as a problem.

Take immigration. I do NOT want a single Hispanic immigrant who comes here with his hand out looking for free medicine and welfare. I do, however, want every single Hispanic or Asian who comes here with no expectation of receiving anything, just wanting to build a better life for himself and others. It also just so happens that the people in this world who act that way are mostly White or Asian. The metric I would use to determine who is ok or not, though, isn't race but ideology.

We now have different legal and social standards for different groups of people. Tariffs are just taxes on consumers that benefit producers. There is an argument to be made about infant industries, but you have to remember that raising prices on any product impoverishes the consumer.

The point is you're historically ignorant of the mercantilist policies and racial nationalism of the colonial british population that founded the united states. The gall it takes to assert that individualism and free markets are the essence of americanism, when you see an early adoption of the policies of the immigration act of 1790 and textile tariffs, is laughable. As to the issue of tariffs, the inital cost to the consumer is absorbed after a brief period of time, provided that the nascent industry develops and the tariff isn't high enough to prevent foreign industries from compeiting against a comically inefficient local industry. It's the same basic story seen in each countriy's industrial development(provided the state doesn't pursue other methods to subsidize the nascent industry). I doubt I would disagree with your anti-parasite philosophy extensively; however, I think you are significantly underinformed about the history and culture of america, along with the economic policies it pursued.

The people who vote for public spending on welfare rather than the space programme are breeding faster than you and immigrating faster than you. you are describing mercantilism, which is not without merits, but free markets maximize wealth and opportunity. The one potential case for government intervention in markets is to protect infant industries, which encompasses your example. I brought this up.

But would they be able to breed faster if other people didn't pay their bills? I don't think so. That's my point - the underlying problem is that people are willing to sacrifice their wealth to "help" others. If that stopped, so would this "breeding" problem.

I don't owe my family anything, either, but I choose to give to them because it makes /me/ happy, and adds to my own life's fulfillment. It's my choice, not my obligation.
