Fine. The point of the story is that it ends with me not being able to leave the Charlotte area for the period of time coinciding with my college applications and the start of school because of ongoing medical treatment. Chapel Hill was too far away.
So even though the medical shit is over now I get to still be at this school forever. I could transfer up there but there's not much point anymore.

I've got a 4.0 GPA, on track to graduate with two majors and maybe honors in one of them, and I'm going to study in Europe in the spring. I'd rather do that than spend my last year at Chapel Hill.
