Breast cancer is easy to identify by simply looking for abnormalities under your tissue, it's extremely easy to self diagnose and treat early on which prevents any further development of the cancer, meaning raising awareness for it does help people to simply self diagnose and do a little check up everyday.

Prostate cancer is hard to identify without a professional diagnosis, although I wouldn't say prostate awareness doesn't exist. It's common sense for most men that after 50 you should get a check up every 6 months.

Breast cancer attack mostly woman in their 40's or 50's.
Prostate cancer arrives around the 70's. So it's just taken as in a "well, you're going to day anyways" kind of way.
