There are hundreds of pages of legislation I'd have to read through. What I've read so far prevents blocking, throttling, conflicts of interest, and similar nonsense. The Internet Freedom Act appears to be trying to remove the FCC's ability to regulate blocking and throttling; if it goes through, it means the Jews at Comcast and Verizon can censor your torrents and Italian knitting forums.
If there is anything in there that allows any governmental bodies to censor content, that needs to be dealt with. Otherwise, regardless of the result of the IFA vote SOMEBODY can censor us.

ICANN Assigned names and numbers. Anyone should be able to open up a competitor for DNS. It can include DNS plus add it's own domains. As far as numbers go IPV4 is pretty regulated but with IPV6, there are numbers for everyone. Windows 10 supports IPV6.
