>> doesn't understand electoral college

It's all on the debates, son.

There's a number that will flip with rise of 1-2%. Look at how light blue many of the northern states are.

What is Michigan? He can even lose Nevada and Maine lone survivor if he wins Michigan.

WI, CO, NM, RI, NJ, VA, PA all in play

serious question

i heard when you vote for a candidate, you're actually just sending a recommendation to the electoral college about who you want them to vote for, and then they get to ACTUALLY vote for president

is this true
and if it's true, then how can trump win if the establishment hates him so much

Nov 8 is going to be one hell of a night

It's not that the establishment hates him. He just said a lot of dumb shit in the primaries and politicians are tying to distance themselves from Trump. In addition, the media uses the things he says to boost their ratings. But if Trump wins, it's not going to matter. They'll all come crawling. It's just politics, user. My prediction is a Trump victory and I'm a moderate.

Use your critical thinking to determine what would happen if the electoral college went against the results of the election

NYC is the only reason New York is blue and I'm pretty sure a lot of people there are gonna vote for Trump.
A lot of Democrats are voting Republican for the first time this year and it's his home state.
I don't know why you retards think it's 100% going to be blue.

He's ahead in the latest poll in Colorado. Done. AMGA!

Pls kek say its so

Michigan is pretty red but there's a lot of niggers packed into Detroit

It varies state by state you dummy. I think roughly half of the states require electors to follow the popular vote in their state.

>RI
Nothing but a wet dream.

You have to really, really fuck up before the electoral college will overturn the popular vote. The only time it's ever happened in any significant way was when they found out Van Buren's vice president was fucking one of his slaves, which made Virginia mad enough to refuse to vote him in. He ended up getting in anyway.

No faithless elector has changed the result of the election. I think the last time it happened was when some dixiecrat voted for George Wallace in 1968.

Cali will fall!

Colorado will flip. Check em.

He's going to take California believe it or not

Basically there are a lot of states in play atm. The way I see it, ultimately race will play a big part in deciding which way they fall. White swing/slightly blue states are more likely to get redpilled from now until the election. On the flip side, states with lots of latinos and/or blacks are less likely to change their minds from now til election day. Not only that, but I fear that even normally Republican, intelligent non-Cuban latino voters might lose their nerve come election day, 'just in case'. (FL is the exception because Cubans).

So I have really think you can't count on NV. Too many hispanics. Nor VA, too many googles. With that logic, also forget about PA, MI and NY.

We have strong reports of IA going red. Quite possible CO and ME's 2nd will turn too. Like I said , the whites are more likely to get redpilled. I feel there's a good chance of WI too, big duality in that state. Red has momentum this year, blue not.

I really think it'll come down to NH and VT. I'm wondering about VT because while Bernouts nationwide will prove fickle, his own state Bernouts will be more dedicated. They've stuck by him for decades. They'll be the most pissed at Hillary. Trump needs one of them to put him over the top. If they both go cuck, it's over.

wew praise Kek

>i heard when you vote for a candidate, you're actually just sending a recommendation to the electoral college about who you want them to vote for

This is inaccurate

You are voting for who the electors ARE. By voting Republican or Democrat you are selecting a board of electors who work for that party, who will go and vote.

I wouldn't write off AZ or NV.

That said, Trump's absolute best shot is VA, WI or MI, because Hillary cannot afford to lose 10-20 electors.

Those small states are nothing compared to one big one - only having all of VT, NH, NM and ME will equal flipping one of those states.

Here is my prediction.

Niggers aren't gonna be voting like they did for obongo

He'll flip CO and NM

>Maryland is still solid blue
>We have more Trump signs per capita than any other state.
Those cucks in the center of the state need to be purged.

...Alternative scenario.

That Maine district could decide THE WHOLE DAMN ULEXSHUN!

>Wisconsin and Colorado are red
>Nevada and Arizona are blue

Really nigga

Detroit isnt even 10% of the population you fucking retard

Trump will flip Vermont. Screencap this.

Why is new Mexico blue again? Do they normally vote democrat? Seems like an extension of Arizona thus would vote republican.

Which candidate would win if this happens and congress has to elect the president?

Congress chooses.

The one they select

I agree on your map 100% OP. Pennsylvania and Virgina are gone but Ohio and Florida are in like Flynn.

Colorado is extermely flippable to Trump.

Michigan is a glimmer of light as it is very Republican on the state level and is filled with the worst white people America has to offer: blue collar white southerners, germans, and irish.

breitbart.com/big-government/2016/09/21/legal-rebellion-michigan-refugees-help-trump-win-state/

Based on recent polling it appears that Colorado is most likely to flip for Trump at this point, followed by possibly Wisconsin. The NH meme is dead.

he's 14 points behind in OH and 8 in Florida, I have no idea how anyone believes he's getting either thils late in the game

>he's 14 points behind in OH
>and 8 in Florida

My record has been corrected.

lol Are you using polls for 2 months ago?

Anyone feel like Oregon will flip red?

>CTR just shitposting at this point, can't even photoshop together some quick "polls" or charts
They cut your pay from a nickel per post to a penny? This is even from (((your))) Clinton News Network.

>NH meme is dead

I disagree. This state is packed full of white crackers.

CO maybe if the bernouts all vote for weedman, NM no

Texas and New Mexico are flooded with Mexicans, but Texas is inherently conservative enough to outvote them. New Mexico isn't as lucky.

I have no idea why Arizona manages to go red, though.

It's possible if Trump ends up winning in a landslide, but if he wins Oregon he'll have almost definitely also won states like PA, WI, NH, CO. So it would be icing on the cake, but not decisive.

I was going to say the polling has consistently shown clinton up by 4-8%, but trips doesn't lie. NH will go red, praise kek.

What minimum percentage does it have to be to be considered a landslide? 10%

because lots of old white people like to retire in arizona. Also maricopa county, the largest county population wise by far, controls everything, and is always red

A Trump Victory is locked in.

1) He's doing well in the polls already
2) This isn't even taking the so-called "monster vote" into account, and he is going to overperform due to bluecollar whites who typically don't bother voting coming out in droves.
3) He's probably going to rip hillary a new one in the debates
4) Even if he underperforms our expectations in the debates, he would STILL get bump in support. Low-information voters out there have been lead to believe that Trump is a maniac who will trigger a nuclear war, because the media will take things he says out of context, put a spin on it, focus on certain things and not others, etc. The mere fact that people are just going to tune in and watch this without having the narrative massaged by the media means he's going to look much better than these sorts of people are expecting. And they're going to say "hmm, guess he isn't actually that crazy after all". That's the secret of it; he doesn't even need to do well, because the media has caused people to have such low expectations that it's easy for him to break them.

Ratio of 'non-hispanic whites' : 'hispanic whites'
>Arizona 56:30
>New Mexico 39:47

Really makes you think...

>Which candidate would win

If no one gets 270 votes, the House of Representatives chooses from the TOP THREE finishers. Top three is important because all it would take is a single faithless elector to vote for Paul Ryan or some other establishment stooge and the Republicans who will control the state delegations in the House will be able to legally and Constitutionally make that person president instead of Trump. The VP will be elected by the Senate from the top two finishers so the VP will be Pense or Keene depending on if the Democrats take back the Senate or not.

That's actually the dynamic of a lot of red states. Many areas of the former confederacy have insanely high nigger populations. Mississippi is like 40% black, for example. But it's offset by the fact that literally all the whites there are far-right and so they win out anyway.

Typically, having to be around minority populations pushes the white population more right-wing.

EC voters have family members that don't want to get slaughtered

I hear Mike 'the kikeslayer' Stoklasa is gonna be running screenings outside several major polling centers to ensure a Trump victory in Wisconsin. He's sending his RLM goofballs out to cover more ground.

Could you imagine the shitstorm if Trump gets the popular vote, and then the electoral college Votes in Hillary?

It would be the official acknowledgement of our blatant political corruption, I doubt they want that kind of attention

370 Electoral votes is considered a landslide.

i'd shitpost on Cred Forums 24/7 if this happens desu

>It would be the official acknowledgement of our blatant political corruption
but this has already happened, they don't even try to hide the corruption anymore and there are still people who prefer hillary over trump...

True, but I think people are starting to finally come to the breaking point of actually doing shit.

What that shit is, who knows. But it will be something

Daily reminder that the shit you're talking about today will have absolutely no bearing after all the shit that goes down this month

Big guns come out in October

Since when is Alaska not dark red? Is there even a single Democrat living there?

NV and AZ are red

There's one person living in Alaska, and as such, Trump is winning by a single vote, therefore it's close. :^)

colorado is going red

Some shitter like W Bush gets elected and 9/11 happens?

I'll take the Cubans over the other latinos any day. Florida is Trump country boys.

Do you believe in miracles?

>Cuckifornia is still 56 votes

IT'S NOT FAAAAAAIIIRRRRRR

>Mathematics isn't fair

t. SJW

Who said Florida will be red? Lmao

cmoooooooooooon Michigan.

cuckifornia still is full of cucks though

Colorado will flip.

>Indiana
>light red

user, come on. Conservatives here LOVE Pence for the butthurt he causes. We dark red senpai.

agreed

Cubans.

Did you not pass hs or something, how do you not get how this works

Underrated post

To be fair, they don't really teach things like this in school anymore

this may be a silly question but what is ME i thought this was washington but i guess it's Marilind?

Maine

youtube.com/watch?v=gOYphK94xGY&t=1m28s

I thought main was the little blue state with the tail

>. The only time it's ever happened in any significant way was when they found out Van Buren's vice president was fucking one of his slaves, which made Virginia mad enough to refuse to vote him in. He ended up getting in anyway.

Holy shit you learn something every day

Wikipedia says she was an "octaroon" (1/4 african)

What's surprising is people were that mixed all the way back then

Michigan will flip. Nigs have no one to vote for.

Trump has too many states in play to lose this election.

He will win. I've bet equivalent of 2000$ on it.

Over and out.

>slave

Ah okay she was 9/10 that's why

NH & NM going Trump
Mark my words

>that
>1/4th African
fucking slander desu

Wisconsin flips next.

He's already very likely to get:
NH, NM, CO

By the time the election rolls around, he'll have 300+. The concern then becomes that someone might assassinate Trump. I hope Trump just hides for 4 years, making decisions and acting as president, but he just never comes out of hiding.

HAVE ANY OF U STUPID FUCKS SEEN THE GOOGLE POLLING DATA THAT CAME OUT HALF AN HOUR AGO?!?!?!

You're thinking of Massachusetts.

As the other user stated, this happened with the 2000 election. Right now the electoral college is at a failure rate of about 5% in contrast to the popular vote.

Debates are still up ahead. First one is tomorrow.

What happens during this quiet period between National Conventions and debates isn't worth squat.

why are you people so hard to fucking b8 tonight jfc when did everyone stop being angry

>he doesn't watch veep

DUDE WEED and its fucking over.

Rhode Island is surprisingly close in the polls. within the margin of error.

Trump will win maine and NH. Bet on it.

>CO

Lol, no. Coloradan here and you're speaking out of your ass you dumb faggot.

she's not Julia Chinn. girl on pic is white I think.

there is no pic of Mentor Johnson's octoroon wife.

r8 me

CO, NJ, PA, and WI are all VERY strong possibilities to go red

>Trump 4 points ahead in CO
Ok whatever you say hill shill

Looks good desu.

There is no way AZ is voting Hilary. She is not Bill and Trump is not Dole. We're coming off of 8 years of Democrat, one that most people here do not like almost as much as they do not like Hilary.

Can we stop with the 'Gore won the vote but lost the college' meme?

Gore won both the vote AND the college. He rightfully won Florida. He should have been the 43rd President of the United States. Forget about whether you like him or not (none of us do), forget about whether he would have been better than Bush or not (no one knows). Put that aside and look at the shenanigans of 2000 without bias.

Bush stole Florida. Gov. JEB, his brother, controlled the state. The counters discarded at the very least tens of thousands, maybe even hundreds of thousands, of Gore votes because >muh hanging chad meme. Overseas votes for Gore were locked in boxes and thrown in the ocean.

Ultimately the US Supreme Court said no proper recount, and President Bill Clinton didn't step in because Bill was butthurt that Gore wanted to distance himself from the disgraced sex-scandal afflicted President. Also Hillary hated Gore's guts. And the Clintons saw it as a good thing because the plan was always for Hillary to run, so she would get her chance in 2008, or maybe even 2004 if Bush did badly.

Basically it was a stacked deck against Gore and in the end he couldn't fight it. They fucking stole it from him.

Just like
>Bush stole 2004 (specifically Ohio)
>Obama stole 2012
>Kennedy stole 1960 (specifically Illinois)
>Hillary...2016 ?

Michigan is key, Trumps currently down by 2% he's tying in a different poll, he can take it easy if he bombs it with ads and campaigns in the poor rural areas and gets them to vote on election day.

>The mere fact that people are just going to tune in and watch this without having the narrative massaged by the media means he's going to look much better than these sorts of people are expecting.

This. It's exactly what happened with Fallon not too long ago. Let Trump represent himself on leftist MSM and the narrative falls apart like a wet paper towel.

>Debates come.
>Hillary pegs Trump with a cactus.
>NC, FL, OH, ME-02, NV, IA, fall back in line.
>GA, AZ, NE-02 swing.
>Texas becomes a toss up.

For the glory of Moloch.

...

i know but did u see trump winning in new jersey by one point?

what poll

Google consumer surveys

Hillary isn't winning, no matter how you slice it. Nobody is enthusiastic about her. She can't fill a fucking high school gymnasium and she is constantly being kicked out of larger venues because she cannot fill them.

You can say "b-but Bernie filled places..." all you want but you know deep down that Bernie's base was a bunch of lazy, jobless, college-educated millennials who just wanted free shit. Trump's base is completely different and reliable.

Like I said, no matter how you slice it Hillary cannot win.

>PA, Michigan
>blue
>CO
>not leaning red
>NY
>not solid blue
>NJ
>not at least strong blue
>NM
>solid red

Can you imagine the other way around?

Wouldn't be surprised if Trump is able to uncuck one or two of the Rust Belt states that reliably go Democrat. If he takes MN or MI he's going to win the election going away.

It's fun to just see it all happen though. You can just feel the inevitability of it all. Every appearance from Clinton... she looks more unhinged, nervous, sick, worried. It's amazing.

Wisconsin needs a miracle to go red.

Happened in 2000 most recently but nobody today gives a shit about abolishing the Electoral College even though that's what needs to happen.

>he legitimately thinks arizona will go blue
>and CO will go red
>and VT is a toss up
How old are you? This has to be your first election

>Trump winning MN
Literally the most cucked state in the union

>this has to be your first election

This election is the first of its kind, and there will probably never be another like it. It was the perfect storm of the right guy, with the right message, at the right time. No American election has been comparable to this one.

...d.. de.. delegations?

The electors, in most states, technically can vote against the recommendation.

It would never hold up, though, if it was a deciding factor.

The president-elect would have to be convicted of in the process of being convicted and then they'd likely be bound to pick another party member.

If enough buck the system and choose Hillary when trump rightfully wins, we'll have a "constitutional crisis", as it's called, and congress and SCOTUS will tell the EC to go fuck itself, or blood will run in the streets.

It exists because it used to be 6 months between the election and the sweating into office, and it was thought a mechanism was needed to bridge the gap between people voting in farm village fuck holes and the results being shipped in by pony.

It was a "holy shit, this country is really fucking big and organizing shit is super hard" measure.

Holy shit Mike is redpilled? Wtf I love RLM now

Trips of truth, nogs will never come out in Obama numbers up here. Lots upon lots of silent trump supporters though. Red MI is the dream I hope I live to see.

Reagan would have won it if it wasn't Mondale's home state.

Minnesota is literally sweden, and it works well like sweden did until their somali import system outpaces their bountiful socialist utopia.

In order of the swing states being most likely to go for Trump:

CO
NH
VA
PA
MI
WI

source: my infallible brain

hey guys rate my aesthetic prediction

if you want trump to win just swap the colors

Minnesota was Mondale's home state, really not that surprising. I doubt it will go red, but it's not entirely out of the question.

that map is inaccurate, here is a fix for what is more accurate

CO isn't a dem lock, it is very close to Trump

that brit's map is fucking retarded because he fails to understand the concept that despite many states being in play if a certain state goes one way it indicates that others will be a certain way, its not a total free for all. Also Vermont isn't a toss up and if Wisconsin, Ohio, Iowa, Florida, etc go red Arizona sure as fuck is.

this is probably what will happen

so does gray mean libertarian

You're correct, It isn't fair

If It was fair and went by population, California would actually have 65 votes

Trump will win in a landslide.

nice looks great

I'm pretty much 100% ok with the country splitting along the mississippi, up to minnesota.

The west would need to keep the northern part of Minnesota that connects to make superior, thoigh.

The commies get the googs, the west has to put up with the liberals in the west coast, but they can afford to flee.

yep isn't taught in AP US Gov either

realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/co/colorado_trump_vs_clinton-5751.html

Could go either way. PBS poll is probably BS. Gives Clinton +5 with males. Plus the poll has a 6.3 MoE, which is pretty kek.

he is only 3 points down in it user

Isn't NY Shillary's """home state""" (where she was a senator)?

Are the clintons liked at all in NYC?

I wish I could be this delusional

>WI in play
>Look out my window.
>There are Hillary signs on everyones lawn except our neighbors.

I want to move.

Proof?

>Arizona
>Blue

CO passed Admen 14 with a majority, since then all the potheads in the country moved there. I dont see CO going red with potential AG Chris Christie, that being said potheads arent known to be johnny on the spot

2bh these are the states in play for both sides
as it stands now it will just be a tug of war between NH and CO because those are the closest tipping points. This of course ignores the potential for Rhode Island to be another front as Trump is like 3 points down in that (which is 2nd closest on average behind CO) but nobody fucking polls there often so we don't know. I probably spend around 1/3 of my year in Rhode Island and believe that it can go red if all the swamp yankees come out because its close in recent polling.

forgot map

>Low-information voters
You mean like Cred Forums who reject anything that doesn't fit their narrative?

>Down one in Michigan

We who Detroit lions and shieeet

>that delaware poll
I'm starting to like Nate Silver, he seems to have sharpened up and realizes that not all polls are equal and shit with like 50 respondents should be practically ignored.

realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/co/colorado_trump_vs_clinton-5751.html

Obama 2012? How exactly do you steal a landslide???

will the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact ever get adopted by enough states?

The Google Consumer Surveys showed him down in Montana, let that be an indicator as to their reliability.

link?

probably not because its only passed by states with hardcore dem legislatures (not necessarily populace but their legislatures). The fact that it has trouble in any other environment makes it hard for it to pass at all

The house of Representatives chooses.

>implying an EC betrayal won't kick start ww3

Can confirm and as well, schools don't teach shit about how our government works. They literally teach you to take tests, and that's it. I graduated HS in 2005 too, so it was even like that then. No clue how much better or worse it is now, though I can imagine only worse.

Actual Coloradan here and he is going to win this state you fat faggot.

which candidate is more likely to win then?

He's winning in NM.

There's a lot of gibs me dat natives.

Locked and loaded. Try to pull some funny shit, EC. See what happens

>Being this mad
Your rage fills me with joy.

>Coloradan here

No you're not faggot. CO was originally a Bernout state so everyone here hates Hillary more then Trump. If we don't go red, we'll go yellow.

Low info detected

AZ is red because of Kris Kobach. Anyone whom thinks NM will go red is fucking delusional borderline psychotic.

What's with this "He'll flip ___" meme? Muh feelings?

Youre mistaken in thinking Berners lack rational thought like trumptards.

certain states are trending in certain directions such as Colorado going towards Trump and Virginia walking away

That's Italy, you fucking downie.

Thoughts? I know PA is a stretch but I couldn't bring myself to mark my home state blue

Ford just sent their jobs to may hee ko. The few nonzero voting googles won't save them this time. Michigan is red

>I know PA is a stretch
It's not, hardly any more than North Carolina.
You're looking at polls and projections based on 2012 turnout when this electorate is completely different.

You're delusional if you think he'll win Nevada, Iowa, Ohio, Florida, and another swing state. All we can do is pray we hold onto the Senate.
