Arabic is written the same in all countries, Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, etc.
It's spoken in slightly different ways in different countries though, and in Lebanon we mix french with it. Think of the different ways people speak English in Ireland, Scotland, America and Britain.
The written form is always the same though, four accents to be placed on any letter, and letters that change depending on where they're placed in the word. Some people draw paintings using arabic letters.
I don't know where you could learn, I suggest you mentally prepare yourself when you do, though.
