Climate scientists barely know what all effects the climate. If it has anything to do with CO2 and other greenhouse gases, all human activity is a drop in the bucket. Volcanoes and decaying plant life contribute over 90% of the greenhouse gasses pumped into the atmosphere every year. If you wanted to effectively control the climate you'd have to either keep all the plants in the world from dying or stop volcanic eruptions. Good luck.
