I'm reading this at the moment. It's all about fixing chair jockey posture.
He references research which showed American children start "forgetting" how to run as soon as grade 1.

ie. The time they start making them sit at desks more and restrict activity.

He also claims that good exercise is not a cure for dysfunction. Elite athletes still have problems because the time they spend not training and playing the sport is mostly spent sitting.

I'm a far way off fixing it but one thing I noticed, recently: y'know how you stumble getting out of bed to take a piss?

Well now that I overpronate less and have a more correct gait the stumbling is greatly reduced.

My brain doesn't have to wake up more to do remember how to walk like a retard.

I have to foward head problem, but standing with your back to the wall, and your arms to the side is a quick-fix. If you are able to adjust your arms to the side (most hunched back people have their arms a bit foward), this will improve your poster. Paranoia helps out with this.
