it's not hard to organize a chimpout or a riot, iv been in a few in europe. Most of the time the orgnizers dont plan for a riot, there will be a afinity group or two who will at some point start shit on their own, if the people taking part are agitaited enough they will join. Making riots is piss easy if you have enough people in a demonstrations
