I've had enough of Philly but I'm tempted to go down there and film the polling places to just document if I see the same person going in twice or more. Ideally a group of people at multiple places would be best, then compare video after polls close.

I really do see it being close. Sub 300k swing isn't that hard in a state of over 12 million people. Obviously not all can vote, but there are plenty there to switch it easily.
