The Part that I find most impractical is the most fundamental part of Anarcho-Capitalism, which is the universal acceptance of voluntaryist ethics.

Who keeps everyone in line? AnCaps would say that dissenters are dealt with disassociation by the rest of society, but I don't see how that precludes things like rogue states from forming.

I get that, just what were the context when this was first used as a meme? I am just kind of paranoid, because these memes started to appear around the time I told a family friend that it would be better if instead of the soldiers that fly around just to practice getting in and out from helicopters, army should give citizens free rides, since it is only the pilots that really needs training, a soldiers don't really need that extra flight time, they can just practice the entry-exit without flying. And paranoid me thinks the whole internet want to throw me out of a helicopter, or just makes fun of me, whenever I see this meme (still getting reminded months after), this is the first time I asked.
