The day after Halloween, a single sexual assault case was filed (we have over 40k registered students) so they sent out a mass email apologizing and promising reform.

Before 1960, one town received one seat in gov't, after 1960 seats in gov't were decided based on population size. A bunch of hippies moved to vermont in the 60's because there was a push to "get back to the land". Except they hated the vermont country side, then moved to Burlington, VT. Then they fucked everything up.
