In America most of them didnt care about politics until recently.

A bunch of people around me, mostly Hispanic, all started a "fuck trump" trend. An officer leading PT even had us doing a "fuck trump" cadence while we ran 7 miles a few weeks ago. He was Mexican though.

I'm a "poo in loo", so my support of trump really doesn't carry too much weight, and nobody shits on me for it. A few black guys and white guys support him too, but they're too afraid of saying it.

Look mate, what you need to get through your head is that dance and theatre are an intrinsic part of manliness and hard men know this instinctively.

Years of chronic underfunding have left things like the shakespeare group and riverdance clubs so short of cash that returning troops have nowhere to properly rehearse and struggle to afford time in concert halls to dance for the public (who these days just aren't interested in live performances anymore, thanks to the internet).

I know a lot of returning troops that just sit about drinking these days, and they've practically given up all together. If you care about their welfare, you'll lobby your local MP to get some money back into the arts and get these guys some tap shoes and a good hall to put on shows in.

I always would have thought soldiers would care because POTUS could lead us into a war or something depending on who it is. I guess after having endless war basically no matter who's elected they may not care so much though

My youngest brother is in the military, he's going to be an ammunition expert and is already training for his helicopter certification. He'd also be considered a millennial (born 1998) and he fucking loves the theater/musicals/drama/arts.

He said there are actually a lot of them signing up for service recently. They join, serve their country, and go to college for the performing arts as well

Peacetime marine corps is bullshit appearance crap. Inspections. Parades. SHARP briefings. worthless bullshit that'll do nothing to keep you alive in an engagement.
