So tonight I got in an argument with my friend about minorities and a wage gap.
Does a pay gap exist between a white worker and a black worker when it comes to doing the exact same job? Actual statistics instead of an opinion would be greatly appreciated.
For the purpose of keeping the facts straight, I will not say which side I am on.

What normies mean by "wage gap" is that black doctors get paid on average less than white doctors, simply for the reason that there are more specialists among white doctors with higher salaries than among black doctors. This is their game.

I know that, but when comparing two people doing the exact same job, no specialists, is there a true gap between earnings? Like if a white man works at McDonalds (((tm))) on the fryer, will he be paid more thean a black man working on the fryer?

Quite the opposite, friend. In low and medium tier positions women/minorities are made sure to be compensated enough to be considered a minimum of equal, while whites are not.

This means a woman/minority is rarely, if ever, the least paid person for fear of lawsuit, therefore a low energy white man often is.

Is there any statistic to back it up though? I have tried using (((google))) to find something, but everything that comes up are blanket facts that show the wage gap actually exists.

Entry level pay is the same. You get federal minimum wage in most places--7.25 an hour. The wage gap is because you don't see minorities actually achieving and reaching high-level positions as much. Just like the BS gender wage gap, the minority wage gap comes from an average of all incomes, not by indexing individual positions. Minorities just don't have the same work ethic, and hence they don't move up as much (and to shut down your friend's inevitable 'that's racist' remark, point out that Asian-Americans are well-known for their strong work ethic, and that their average income is higher than that of whites).

However the picture you have here clearly says the MEDIAN wage. These are average wages of full time employees and does not take position in the company into account.

I am technically a full time employee but that doesn't mean i make bank, let alone more than my female/black/etc. counterparts.

Just look at job offers with starting salaries. Do any of them say, "women will not receive full listed compensation?" No, because that's been blatantly illegal for 40 years.
That is what you need to say and show to your friend. The gender disparity is that women often drop out of the workforce temporarily to raise kids, so no shit they won't achieve as much as men devoted solely to work.

no i actually started before him. he makes .50 more an hour than I do currently. Even the boss has said that I am everything he looks for in an employee great attitude, good work ethic, customers think I am great etc. he has even said I have all the makings to be his right hand man.
The other dude has actually been kicked out by customers for having a shit attitude. He takes shortcuts in his work and says he "doesnt give a shit about the company".

When I was sent that that is precisely what I said. taking a median across any demographic will always be skewed when comparing to another demographic due to the vast differences in jobs held. Its comparing apples to oranges within the job market. Comparing one entire race to another would be similar to comparing jobs 16 year olds hold compared to 50 year olds.

But i know for a fact they are not related, which makes it even more disappointing.
Dont worry though, once I was told that I would be making less, I immediately began searching for another job.

From my subjective experience, yes, but only in the sense of work done vs compensation received. The stereotype of a lazy nigger exists for a reason, I and many of my white coworkers have busted our ass taking care of our responsibilities and then some because our nigger coworkers stood around in the corner talking and being paid to be fucking useless for all but about ten to twenty minutes of their work day because management was too afraid to fire them and hear racism claims. Their hourly rate was the same as the rest of us, but they sure as fuck never earned it.
