I am wondering if it will be leaked before the debates, I know it's coming very soon. I believe it has been confirmed that it will be released at the very latest in October. I believe somewhere, some interview he hinted that he aims to restore the nomination to Bernie Sanders, as he is next in line, and was conspired against in the primary by the DNC. He said definitely before November 8th, election day, but the fact that he wants Bernie in suggests that there is incentive for him to release it in time for the public to react. So I would say mid October at the very latest. However, it's possible he might release them very soon.
