If you could change the outcome of ONE war in world history, which would it be?

If you could change the outcome of ONE war in world history, which would it be?

Hard mode: no WW2

Vietnam so the Americans don't get assblasted over hit.

Battle of Teutoburg Forrest. Germans soon become completely conquered by the romans, and for the next 2000 years they don't get to fuck europe's shit up.

WWI

WW I

Easy.

Civil War.

Just curious but how would things be different today if WWI ended differently?

ww1 started ww2

This, i wouldve changed it so that we stayed in longer. We were close to winning, but fucking pothead hippies took that from us

Hitler most likely would of never came into power.

no wilson, hopefully no federal reserve, no WW2, no vietnam

American Revolution

this.

WWI, which would be even better than WWII.

Second choice, the Civil War.

White monarchies with strong national identities would have won over the slowly corrupting capitalist states and also likely crushed the budding Communism in Russia.

Don't remember any names, or if they even had names, but any war the Israelites fought and survived back in like 1000 BC or whatever year it was

WW1.
>the US doesn't get an economical boost because they didn't join the war
>the USSR doesn't form
>france and UK annexed by germany
>austria-hungary gets all russian soil in the black sea
>germany gets all russian soil in the baltic sea
>democratic republics don't form
>the rest of the world emulates Europe and stops being democratic

Kuomintang won the civil war and not the chinese communist party

Than we'd have a white washed China equivalent of modern day Korea and Japan and our economy wouldn't be shit

Rhodesian Bush War
>Carry out Operation Quartz
>Remove Mugabe
>Tell British to fuck off
>Build alliance with Japan and Taiwan like South Africa did, continue alliance with South Africa and Israel

Six Day War

Israel loses

Fuck off loyalist scum.

Prevent the events of 9/11 happening. America's army doesn't break itself invading the sandbox. We still have our freedoms. Saddam's rule prevents ISIS from forming and we start being nice to Iraq, so they fuck with Iran again.

Iran-Iraq War, and let's increase the scope too.
>Iran gets BTFO
>Iraq pivots into Saudi Arabia and Kuwait
>Islamists kept under the thumb of the secular Iraqi superstate, now renamed Arabia

How is this not better than having 9/11, two Gulf wars and ISIS.

>0.5 livres have been desposited into your account by King Louis XVI

good choice. Although the casualty statistics would have to be quite high on the American side in order for the revolutionary spirit to be truly crushed at least for a few generations.

>Hard mode: no WW2
Prevent Woodrow Willson from dragging the US into WWI so that the chance of WWII happening would greatly decrease.

probably have napoleon triumph over europe.

Wish Hitler didn't gas jews or invade poland. Would have been good to see how far National Socialism could have taken Germany.

I wouldn't fucking see 20 niggers every single now, that's for damn sure. Unless they were picking my cotton.

Boer war

I'd never have been born and the human race would be reduced to living in radioactive huts.

Allowing Nazi Germany to co-exist with USA and USSR with no WW2

I don't think they could've afforded all the shit they did without all the Jew gold.

LONG LIVE THE QUEEN

Civil War obviously

American revolution - no French intervention. This country would be twenty times richer.

Tossup between Spanish conquest of Mexico and Polish defense against the Mongols.

> Those both make very different timelines.

I would prevent the success of the October Revolution in Russia, thereby saving tens of millions of lives in Eastern Europe and possibly also preventing the victory of the communist party over the nationalists in China (the CCP was only founded in 1921, after all), saving another 40 million lives. It is possible that the Nazi party or something like it would still have risen in Germany, but they would have been less likely to invade a monarchist Russia. 20th century history would have been much less bloody and much less bipolar/unipolar in world power distribution, leading to more trade and exchange of ideas and technology, making life ultimately better for all.
