This is what they do in the United States with "bias response teams" at colleges here. They try to skirt the First Amendment by claiming that these ideological suppression squads have to actual power to stop anyone from speaking.

What you do not hear is that if you say something off-color (pun intended), they send in a "team" to "discuss" your "biases." Sure, no "actions" are taken, but your name is recorded, you receive "education" on how to consider the "experiences" on the "oppressed," and everyone in the school is made aware of your "insensitivity" through certain channels. Effectively they create a blacklist of people who lose their friends, lose their positions in clubs and other offices, get harrassed for their "oppression" of others, and lose any ability to find a job upon graduation.

The whole point is to intimidate people into silence. Thankfully, colleges have begun to get rid of these ideological suppression squads recently. Sure, some have added them, but the fact that some schools have ended these abortions it proof that SJW-ism is at least wobbling a bit.
