I will try to explain it how I view this. My(and actually tons of people here) approach to "gender problems" is simple, they don't exist. We have different roles and that's it. Women were designed to bear children, this is prime and undeniable role. Men were designed to sustain and defend that mechanism, be it through invention, war or mere hunting. Yes, men have undeniably more stuff on their shoulders. We cannot live without men, but men cannot live without us. Yin-yang, if you wish, both serving species as a whole. There is nothing wrong in women trying men's work and vice versa, but in my opinion it shouldn't interfere with their natural role.
Mayhap further scientific advance will evolve us to the point when we will be able to get rid of our natural roles or maybe choose and swap them effortlessly, but up to that point we depend on each other and this is why I see these equality movements as rather silly activities, we are already inherently equal and fit each other perfectly, like pieces of puzzle.

I don't think they are capable of doing the same job. Yes women can memorize equations and work in a technical field but men created the equations in the first place. I'm not very good at math naturally but I get A's in trig courses because I spend 4 hours a day practicing the equations and going over them endlessly.

The gender roles are not cultural. If a man or women spends a day in the library and read the Encyclopedia on the History of Religion and Ethics they will discover quite quickly, regardless of the culture, men and women's roles were clearly defined throughout the history of across the world at any conceivable point in time. They couldn't communicate with each other, how did hey determine the same structure than? How did they all determine the man must work, and that the women must raise and nurture the children? The man "trains" the child and teaches the by how to be a 'man' but the most important job is the women teaching her daughters how to be a lady.

The roles of men and women are objective. They are set in stone spiritually I believe. If you fall into these roles both peoples lives will be great. Women are meant to be home makers and gorgeous and sensitive and loving, that does not make them weak or powerless, in fact I am under the opinion the ultimate career in the world is being a mother.
