I never said anything about ones personality, which if anything would be a result of a persons Charisma and independent of their morality. Just because someone follows the rules of a community/society doesn't make them a drone.

Obama could arguably be chaotic evil because it's really hard to figure out what he's supposed to be. He's not a liberal, and he flip flops between his loyalty to Israel or Saudi Arabia. None of his actions that he has done this year have made any sense.

Bush Jr. was Neutral Evil. (Putin might also fit here.) He was somewhat chaotic but you could understand his motivations. He was motivated by the petrodollar to enrich his family's coffers and he used Evangelists to spread chaos.

No current president/ political figure could truly be labeled as good although I would probably label Bashar Assad as the closest to a good figure. He actually dindu nuffin wrong at all, the USA just wants to kill him because his country is in the way of Iran who are the real target.

The only other good figure who comes to mind is Deturte, who would be lawful good. A lot of people seem to misunderstand Lawful as being some pansy hippy when really Lawful implies that you follow a strict dogma or code, so you kill with no remorse if the code has been broken.
