I've juggled the whole minimum wage thing in my head it's so complicated. I think there should be a minimum wage to avoid silly wages like 50p an hour.
Increasing the minimum wage won't actually increase the value of your labour in real terms, this will mean in most instances prices will rise. To tackle unemployment I would say lower interest rates to encourage wealthy people to invest in the community, problem is right now they mostly invest in huge multinational corporations.
My advice would be learn a skill or trade in demand, perhaps the government could fund training and education in sectors of the economy we want to grow.

Private share holders or the business owner gets the last 40%. Fed takes all profits from their ownership and evenly distributes it to every citizen. Employees 40% is also distributed to the employees evenly (according to hours worked).

Having a minimum wage helps set a balance for what a good wage is. Right now an assistant manager at Chipotle makes 15-18 an hour. If you raise minimum wage that means you have to raise the wage up the latter too. Generally when people talk about this its to compete with rising rent and housing prices. But this makes no sense because they will still adjust housing and renting prices so its just an endless cycle.

Yes is it. It means super rich as fuck people will have slightly less power to purchase luxuries due to accumulated wealth, but otherwise improve cash flow to those on weaker budgets, which should create a healthier economy that actually allocates resources to people who need them more.

I didn't go to uni and I became a Director in a business at age 32, I worked hard and educated myself, something you don't need uni to do. Anyone can educate themselves they just have to be motivated to do so. Yes and I worked crap jobs in factories to put myself through college so I've worked the gamut, I know from first hand experience if you're smart and work hard you're not confined to sweat shop labour your entire life, you do that work as a job temporarily while you're building value through learning skills and building knowledge. Then you start on a career path that leads to decent wages.

Problem is that most people think they're above doing some manual labour, especially young liberals. There's going to be a massive shock when they're all kicked out of their parents basements and have to get jobs.

What percentage of people do you believe will honestly be able to 'move up' from that and become a 'Director in a business'? Some specific portion of people will have to do these jobs either way, and you're simply advocating for them to be shit on while playing musical chairs with the labor market. Please explain how it would work out any other way. If everyone did their best to work hard and educate themselves, do you think it would result in anything but hard working, educated people getting fucked over all the same?

The best way to increase wages is to increase the level of competition for low level jobs, by reducing the number of people with low level skills. If we were to purge everyone, white, black, and Mexican with IQs below 90, all of our problems would go away. Crime would drop, welfare use would drop, educational and medical spending would drop, we would need fewer police, prison guards, social workers, etc. Unfortunately for the blacks, it would require that we kill 90% of them. However, once we eliminated the lowest IQ ones, the remainder would be roughly on a par with everyone else, and you would find a decrease in black dysfunction. We would strengthen their gene pool significantly, and also improve the world.
